Visiting whānau and friends at our sites

We know how important the support of whānau and friends is to everyone in our care, so here’s what you need to know about visiting Auckland City Hospital, Starship Children’s Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre.

Most areas welcome whānau and friends at any time between 11am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm. However, some areas may have different times. Please call Patient Enquiries on 09 375 4300 for more information.

If you're feeling unwell, then please help protect patients and kaimahi by postponing your visit until you are feeling better.

Please note that there may be some areas of the hospital unable to accept visitors to keep everyone safe. These areas may change from time to time.
